To ensure that each of our residents’ individual preferences are understood and realized, we have introduced a concierge service at Pine Care Place. Each concierge has a professional nursing background and is only responsible for a handful of residents. In addition to making arrangements for the residents’ daily activities and handling any ad hoc requests, the concierge is also responsible for monitoring the resident’s Individual Care Plan and provides a centralized point of contact with the family.
